@ultimape Ok, weird. I seem to have some gut/stress/diet interaction wrt psoriatic genes and starches.
I'm fuzzy on the exact timeline, but my non-24 years came after a severe breakdown around the time I turned 19. I was also disproportionately young for my age in some ways. My best guess is that my age may have facilitated some degree of healing over time.
@ultimape Familial non-24? That's really interesting.
I had a .5 hr delay in bedtime.
@ultimape I had non-24 for about 8 years, mostly in my 20s. Not sure how, but it eventually resolved.
That said, while active, there'd be steaks where I'd go to bed at the same time for a while. Then, the world would take on a sortof surreal feeling, telling me something had been off, I'd crash for an extended time, and wake up having roughly made up the lost hours.
