@siracusa @marcoarment @caseyliss You’ll have to forgive me if this got covered later on but it’s widely thought in DC tech policy circles that the antitrust lawsuit is not designed to win. The strategy is to file the lawsuit so they can do discovery in the hopes that what shows up in discovery leads to legislation.
