I copied across my .env.production from the old server too, with no changes, so... it shouldn't be doing that at all?

Well, that's great. I fired up Masto for a bit and not only is the domain routing to the wrong account page (probably because it still looks for account ID 1) but it's also showing the complete wrong domain name. 🙄
