Yea I’m happy to wait for however long it takes as long as I receive some sort of communication from them. I just want to know that a human has seen my order and it’s being processed. Two weeks of zero communication is not cool. Also I’ve been on the Discord for a while and Momoka was last online when they DIDN’T fulfil a giveaway. This was on the 19th of May.

Heyo. I placed an order for a Momoka Ergo on the 13th of July and the only
communication I’ve received is the automated “Order confirmed” email from
Shopify. Has anyone heard from Momoka or have access to some sort of off site
contact details for them? I’d prefer to get my keyboard rather than go through
the hassle of trying to get a refund, but 2 weeks without contact is starting to
look a bit dodgy in my eyes.
Yea even if I was to build myself the price of switches and caps in South Africa is a joke. I can handle some tech issues. The next cheapest option is around $300 shipped to me to this is a great price with the thumb clusters I wanted. I’m in the Discord now and it’s pretty barren lol. Will have to just place the order and hope for the best!
That’s cool! I was mainly hoping to avoid needed an external numpad by mapping the numpad onto the right hand for data entry. That’s great! Should fit my needs perfectly. Thanks for all the assistance!
Heyo. Quick question, I see on the QMK configurator that there are three layers on the Momoka. My questions are:
Is this true? and
How do you switch layers? The Momoka site is very bare and their chat has been unattended for a few days.
