The fact that the Project Hail Mary directors commentary app is US only is a hate crime of some sort.
The cold open was the best sketch of the show, the hamnet and bra fitting ones were funny as well.
It instantly feels roughly at the quality of the US version, just with British jokes and references.
The first Cold Open of SNL UK made me laugh several times so we're off to a good start.
I'd say something like "I'm glad she wasn't alive to stop this" would be better suited but frankly I'm just glad she isn't alive at all.
If I have to here one more person say "I'm glad the Queen isn't alive to see this" I'm going to punch them.
