I have severe allergies and on public transport I wear N95 mask. It effectively filters out everything that might be a problem for me, and as a bonus have avoided getting sick even when everyone around me seems to be catching things. If everyone did this we could eliminate airborne viruses and many other conditions, but I’m not holding out hope for that.

The answer for me would involve milk and other dairy products, but not all humans have the evolutionary advantages I do in that area.

Calmly, while holding up the hatchet, say this:

“If you are still standing there in ten seconds, I will kill you.”

If they say or do anything other than run away, start counting down:

“Nine… Eight…”

That's funny, my decision to quit Reddit and delete my accounts there was inspired by my decision to quit Twitter and delete that account.

The sign up process will get easier.

This is my first post on Lemmy. Seems ok so far. I'm not going back to Reddit. For a Twitter replacement I'm enjoying Mastodon. It's got a different vibe, more like Twitter in 2008.
