Very pleased to read this. An OLED Steam Deck is not needed now because Valve very cleverly employed a ton of Devs to continue to drive improvement and changes.
This is why despite other machines talking about being more powerful than the Steam Deck, they don't compare to the ever evolving hardware and software experience Deck owners receive.
Seems fair...

I truly wanted to love this game, but the live service, end game grind just was not fun at all.
Part of me is sad to read this as the team worked incredibly hard on this based on this game, but extensive monetisation and a long grind slow progression gameplay arch, made retention difficult.
