Citizens' Assemblies could offer a fairer style of government, involveing citizens in discussions about existing and proposed policies, legislations, regulation etc., to help shape legsilative and regulatory frameworks of a State, given adequate support, unbiased, independent experts to inform and advise on the topic(s) under discussion.
