One big reason I haven’t bought frozen concentrate juice in years: sugar.

But second biggest reason: price. Last I checked, the frozen stuff was nearly the same price as the unfrozen.

It used to be the much cheaper alternative. I’m not sure what happened.

Ah ok, thanks again!

I guess I was too fixated on “Saved” and didn’t consider other labels. You can tell I’m coming from Reddit and Lemmy.

Logged now.

Funny thing I noticed, I can’t see where the Saved post list is on web-based Piefed under my profile. But I can see it in Voyager. Not sure what I’m missing.

[Feature Request] Saved Posts RSS Feed

I think Piefed would benefit from having an RSS feed of the Saved public posts listed under a user's profile, similar to Reddit. Unlike Reddit, there should be no feed limit (Reddit had a limit of 10 last time I checked). I have used this a lot in the past for archiving posts into a searchabl...

Thanks!

Yes, this is how it worked on Reddit as well. To me, this isn’t exactly private information. It’s a collection of already public posts. But that’s just my opinion.

We’ll see what happens with the request.

Saved Posts RSS - Lemmy.World

Does Piefed provide an RSS feed of your saved posts? I used this a lot in the old place and was hoping for it on Lemmy. However, the Lemmy devs decided it was required or appropriate functionality when I asked them why the RSS feed link didn’t work under a Lemmy account Saved page and planned on removing it. If Piefed doesn’t provide this today, is there somewhere I can request it?

I’ve bought a lot of cables and chargers from AliExpress over the last 10 years. No issues.

Typically, what I get on there is either low cost accessories that are fine to be generic or they are highly unique items that I can’t find anywhere else (usually very specific replacement parts).

In either case, I always take the approach of “would I feel like I got screwed if this item doesn’t work out well?” And the answer is usually no because it’s like $2-5.

If the price is higher and I have concerns about the quality, I head over to Amazon and read the reviews because the exact same item is almost certainly there as well.

The buyer protection is pretty reliable for missing, broken in transit, and/or inaccurate items. I’ve only had one case over the years where a refund was denied.

Hope that helps!

Munchausen Syndrome

I am no expert, but my guess is that people like Mr. Wannabe Rear Admiral have a similar condition to this, despite not being health-related.

Constantine.

I know it may not have checked all the boxes for comic fans but it was a great movie with great characters and atmosphere.

I’ve thought about this several times since its release. Apparently I’m not the only one. Keanu was asked a similar question last year but about his own catalogue and he said the same thing, he wishes there had been a sequel.

A few months after that, I think I read a sequel might be coming.
