Currently distro / DE hopping to find something that suits a Microsoft Surface Go (1).

10 inch 1800 X 1200 screen is nice.
8Gb of RAM is fine.
Pentium Gold processor is... meh at best.

I really want to run XFCE but scaling is terrible.
Mint is ok, but cinamon is maybe just a hair too heavy.

Anyone have suggestions for a DE / distro that is good with low powered laptops that need fractional scaling?
