Can't catch a break
Save the seat of my pants
Lingering
at ankle height
Save the seat of my pants
Lingering
at ankle height
Today's poem is provided by Bot Generation:
Gray skies loom overhead
As I sit with my sleepy dog
Inhaling the warm steam
From a nice cup of tea.
The rain patters gently
Against the windowpane
As I sip and savour
The comforting warmth.
My dog stirs at my feet
And stretches with a sigh
As I smile and scratch
Behind his soft, floppy ear.
The world outside may be dreary
But here, with my dog and tea
I find peace and contentment
In this simple moment of harmony.
