The decision is NOT being made by the employee/worker it's the boss/owner who decides what the distribution of revenues are and are themselves exclusively culpable for the labor market failures.

Either the rule of law is for everyone or there's no rule of law. The court making a unanimous decision is not something that can be disputed, the Norwegian government needs to hand the land back to the Sámi people.
