🇨🇦 traveling through the stars on the big beautiful blue ball we call Earth.

I have to grandkids & count beans for a living. Foodie in my spare time.

Downtime is a bubble bath & a book.

@GrayRabbit Or any other site

I spent 24 hours on #threads.

What a flop.

@murodegrizeco Ha good one. I'll just pretend I'm in Newfoundland instead of BC🤣🤣🥰
It's 8:47 pm on a holiday #Monday. Is it too early to climb into bed?🤣🤣🤣
@lostlifefound Absolutely and it's long overdue for govts to step in because the amount of greedflation over the past 6 months compared to the first year or so of Covid no longer supports supply chain issues especially since inflation rates have dropped 50%.

@kingbeauregard @davetroy If you're looking for that, Dave's been outlining it for months & the big picture for years. Along with other people who follow Musk, Dorsey, Thiel.

It takes a lot of reading & listening.

@kingbeauregard @davetroy Why not screw it up on Canada Day? Is 1 July a national holiday for any other country? Any other significance to this date??

Just spit balling on this & there literally may be no significance.

@GreenFire @APBBlue @edgeoforever @davetroy Besides the fact rich people never use their own money...🤣🤣🤣
@lostlifefound I listen to people complain & say it's this city or that. It isn't, though - it's worldwide & each location is just as bad when you compare wages to housing costs. There are no cheap places to live anymore

I'm at the point in my life I am roommate hunting as I speak. I can't spend 50% of my income on rent. No one can live like this. Society cannot sustain this.

As housing costs soar, some financial analysts advise to scrap the 30% rule | CBC News

Thirty per cent is the often-touted maximum percentage of your income that you should spend on a home. But in an age where the average one-bedroom apartment in Vancouver rents for $2,787 a month, is that number still realistic?
