she pulls out several foot long subs out of a paper bag

“I’ve got a big stomach. But you should probably eat something too.”
“And the pizza’s next!”
Dani quietly eats an entire box of donuts on her own, then eyes an extra large pizza. She licks her lips
“…You’re next…”
“…………Every time it happens, I get angrier. It keeps happening. I shouldn’t feel unsafe around the people who are supposed to be looking after people…
…I mean, they look after people. Just not when they look like me.”
“Traffickers. I mean…traffic, you know?”
