just added this movement mode finally. fun fact, this is basically walking code but with inverted gravity.

i’ve been playing mass effect 1 (the legendary version) recently. pretty cool to be playing an rpg without in world objective markers tbh

i love the jank, i love the dialogue system (and also i like this armor on my femshep, very gender). they sure don’t make games like this anymore huh.

“we need to talk about concurrent player counts of marathon and slay the spire 2”
no, you don’t. they are two completely different games, for completely different markets and audiences. they have nothing in common.
i’ve been finally working on a new website. just fully leaning into an aesthetic with this one
so one thing that’s really been telling in terms of like just how much big tech apps have been trying to enshittify stuff even further: they take control of audio, causing my hearing aids to lower the volume of the environment even if the videos in the UI are muted. fuck you doordash and google maps

another reason to do voice training: you can voice your game’s main character
something funny I found out today: my UE5 game runs better on my 100$ used thinkpad than crysis 2
I've been making some progress on improving the UX flow in Paula as practice for potential shipping. Made it so any map in the game can be loaded as the frontend. It's pretty neat!
