@hamjb exactly! I can use much less painkillers if I keep my pain low instead of thinking I need to be "strong" and then having to give in

I need to stop forgetting that it's so much easier to preemptively keep my pain levels relatively low, than wait to hit crisis levels of pain before taking my meds.

Today is a particularly tough day for me, and to add the cherry on top, I fell while puking earlier, bruised my tailbone and dislocated 3 joints.

Does anyone know any good meme-based instances or accounts that might cheer me up? I still can't quite get the knack of navigating on here.
