I know social housing comes w/ stigma but my shower drain broke last night at 1900 & by 1930 maintenance had fixed it and left.

In pvt housing I reported a leak on the bath drain 2010 & it was still there when I left Dec 2022.

The reason crime rate is higher in council estates is the crimes are committed by the poor. In pvt housing the crimes are gotten away w/ by rich landlords, tenants are compliant under threat of homelessness. I don't care if I sound irrational, I said what I fucking said.
