I’m 38 and I lived through the second Bush (II) term; for some reason I don’t remember this at all. Trump is thoughly unoriginal, from his NAZI playbook othering, to his “fake news” vilification of the 4th estate, to what I now realise is his discrediting of criticism through designating it as a mental illness.
