I just had two foxes in my backyard, they jumped my 6 foot fence like it was nothing. They are hungry and getting brazen!!!
It is 1:00 am and it is so cold out and it is snowing and the wind is blowing. I do not think I will be leaving the house today. It is -8 with a windchill of -24 right now.
We live in a subdivision and we walk our dog thru a park in it twice a day. We see a BIG fox everytime in the park. We have seen him hunting rabbits and chasing them. He is not scared of humans to where he runs when he sees you. Here are a few pics from tonight, sorry they are a bit blurry but it was cold and dark.
Tonight I had the pleasure of spending the evening with my daughters boyfriend and his family. Today was their day of blessing for the new year, they start off by their priest coming and blessing their home and water. Then they go to church and bring food, a porridge made of wheat, oat, barely to have it blessed. Then they go home and cook a HUGE meal for all their family and neighbors. There was so much food. It is very interesting learning about their culture.
