Shooter made a single shot at the distance of 200 meters from prepared position and had an exfiltration route. So I'm guessing he has experience with firearms and may even have military training. But the point of impact in the neck suggests that he was aiming for the head instead of the center of the mass and was not able to make correction for the elevated position. So he was not a trained sniper. #charliekirk
