No need for sanctions relief since the US of A is supposedly the world's biggest exporter of oil. Why not just make our oil available to the "energy vulnerable" countries that he cares so much about? Oh, I forgot about the close personal love Grump has for Putin. Some reports say they talk on the telephone often. BFF.
