I was at the most amazing memorial service today for a fellow Soka Gakkai International member.
Friends, colleagues and fellow Buddhists spoke about how much change he brought into people’s lives, his work with community and restorative justice and throughout all was his practice and dialogue about Nicherin Daishonin.
At the end of the service which included music and poems, he had asked that the room be set up like a cafe and for everyone to sit with people they didn’t know - for more dialogue.
A true inspiration, a fearless lion, a numerous and caring friend, a loving husband.
I can’t wait to meet him in the next one.
