Was feeling a bit bored and sad on a cold rainy Friday evening, so I decided to treat my self to a dessert: “soufflé pudding” from the combini (convenience store) ☺️
Today’s cooking – “Asian” stirfry: beef, carrot, onion, エリンギ (king trumpet) mushroom, green pepper, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and just a little habanero pepper powder🔥
While I’m posting food pics, here’s my go-to lunch salad: cucumber, tomato, and parsley, with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning dressed with apple cider vinegar and spritz of olive oil 🧑🍳
Productive morning....got up before my alarm, got a shower, did a load of laundry, ran the Robo Vacuum, and made coffee and a sensible breakfast, all with 25 min to spare before work 🤓
