@ralf I’ll take one if you’ve still got it :)
@leon Yeah it’s really impressive so far! An app called Memmy just applied to the appstore so hopefully it gets approved and other lemmy apps become popular too
@js I think most are going to lemmy. That’s the one I went to at least. Besides, even if it is emptier than reddit the only way it’ll fill up is if people join and stay

Welcome new twitter expats!

I know for a lot of you this is a temporary migration, and you'll head back once they fix the problems.

But before you go back to twitter, take this thought with you: the owners of twitter don't just push their agendas at you. You already know that, and probably think it doesn't affect you. But what you don't see is how much stuff is gone there now. You don't see who's gone, or what views aren't there anymore

@christianselig It may not be possible, but I’ve tried to switch over to lemmy and there’s an option to export a json file from Apollo in order to follow similar communities. With the last update with Apollo, it can’t be reached any longer. Is it still possible to give people access to the settings?
This is hilariously stupid. I mean, just painfully stupid. And, yes, it's real.
