11 years since Gary Speed sadly passed.

Speed, building on Toshack’s foundations, put Wales on the right path and ushered in a new era of pride in welsh football. His mission was for Wales to qualify for major tournaments: we’ve qualified for 3 of the 4 that have taken place since he went.

He’d be proud, I’m sure, and we as Wales fans will always wonder what would have become of his Wales team.

Most importantly we will be eternally thankful for Speed and what he did. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It’s officially the day we see our country play in a World Cup for the first time in 64 years! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

- I wish I had more enthusiasm for this World Cup, however, the only reason I'm watching any of it is because of Wales. If Wales werent there i'm really not sure i'd be watching any of it.

- Just in case Wales don't win the World i'd like, in no particular order, Brazil, The Netherlands (Holland), Spain, Portugal, Germany, Argentina, France, Belgium to win.
