@chancerydaily I wonder if the plaintiffs know that if they win, they're going to lose.
If I were them, and this suit causes a crazy run-up in $AMC shares, I'd sell it all.
Is it abuse of process if that was their plan all along?
At a certain age, you become the anti-Wolverine, with negative healing properties. You hurt a body part, and it just feel worse a little bit more every day forever.
@chancerydaily @annmlipton Well, the initial Wall St. reaction to this suit is that it has a good chance of succeeding--the arb has widened out considerably so far.
@chancerydaily @annmlipton Maybe the DEF 14A on 2/14 spurred them into action.
If they win, AMC will file for bankruptcy within 2 years. Maybe no matter who wins.
