Yesterday at work I dissociated and two co workers were telling me to do something then asked if I was ok. I couldn't think but I remembered grounding and was able to say "hold my hand". OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS A NUTTY THING TO SAY. Then when it went away I was told about it and like was incredibly embarrassed.
