@wdlindsy Media did the same in Portland during the BLM protests. 10,000+ peaceful marchers... zero coverage. 30 people throwing things at riot police... lead story for two months, while the underlying issues were mostly ignored. Someone set fire to a bin... "Portland is IN FLAMES!"

@kims I was around when Pres Ford and his daughter skied in NH, and yes, there were agents with them. Not sure who they were or how they were recruited, but the ones with Susan were good skiers (she was quick). Public were around, and the mountain was open as usual. An Olympic racer, vetted in advance, served as guide / companion, with two usss following. I'm sure there was more security I didn't notice, but there didn't seem to be a lot, which was remarkable given the two assassination attempts on GF.

@Shanmonster Careful with junipers. Some are okay (think Gin) but some species are toxic.
