If confirmed, that's a Geneva Convention violation.

An initiative aimed at cutting through Russian propaganda by calling Russian people directly. Over 200k numbers dialed.
Here's my theory: The "decisive" offensive of the apparently 150k mobilized personnel being trained (in part) in Belarus will actually go for Chernihiv. Poorly defended. Element of Surprise. "Easy" land grab. Putin needs a victory. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt he'll go for Kyiv.
