Below the waves they swim with grace
Sirens off the deep
Waiting for the sailor boy
To drag him to a watery sleep

They tempt the men in the moonlight

Then drag them down without a fight
Soul’s lost in Davy Jones locker
Deeper down no air to swallow
Gone forever from gods green land
Forever more to rest in the sand
