why does the aur package for an for n64 parallel core launcher use flatpak, with the ENTIRE KDE DESKTOP AND RETROARCH PACKAGE INSIDE OF IT

the only two ways to run software on linux are either "it will break in two weeks when python gets an update" and "it won't break but it needs to store the entire kde desktop inside it's own flatpak"
