First-Time DM Advice? - Pawb.Social
I am currently looking at DM’ing for my first time as well as being the
introduction for PF2e to our group. We’ve played for a bit, started with 3.5e,
and moved to 5e, however we never felt satisfied playing 5e. We are looking now
at Pathfinder 2e to continue our group and as I am the one who brought it up, it
has fallen to me to DM, though I never have before. I’ve only played 1e. The
group seemed to like the emphasis on group cooperation versus solo rushing that
5e seems to encourage. Group would be 5 players, one forever DM who is glad to
play for once. I am looking through different books to try and find an
introductory adventure for us to feel out PF2e. One-shots were considered but
did not feel like they would teach us as much about PF2e compared to a small
adventure. Does anyone have some advice for a first time DM who is looking to
bring their group from 5e? Any adventures in mind? I had been eyeing the kobold
king as well as Rusthenge. Thanks! :3
Circular tower in Dungeon Alchemist?

Circular tower in Dungeon Alchemist? - Pawb.Social
Hello! I’ve been trying to recreate a circular tower, our group’s home map, in
Dungeon Alchemist. It was originally created using DungeonDraft. However I’m
having nothing but difficulty actually dividing it into rooms. Say I only want a
certain portion of the circular tower for an office. It makes me select the
whole quadrant. That’s not what I want for that room. Trying to use rooms to
divide things into hallways and such has been a pain. If I draw a wall it won’t
connect to the circular outside wall of the tower, always leaving a small gap.
The only thing I can think of is placing walls one by one in a line but that
seems super tedious and there must be a better way. Anyone experienced with
dungeon alchemist?

Scrolling through the All or Subscribed feed, it’ll show the name of the
community (tech for example) but not which instance it’s from. When you have
multiple with the same name it can get confusing which it’s from. Is there a way
to add that next to the community name?
