Had my yearly physical. I quit drinking almost two years ago, and I’m in perfect health for a 52 year old. 20 lbs lighter, cholesterol is great, liver enzymes are all normal… I literally have nothing to work on, other than to keep doing what I’m doing. I’m so thankful I finally managed to quit.
