@_knives_out_ I've tried apps before and my problem has always been consistency. I like Kaisa Fit and Zuzuka Light cause they give me ideas of what I could at my own fitness level. @_knives_out_ And yes definitely! Encouragement is always the best! I was so embarrassed to use the arm machines at 10 pounds, but hey today my arms hurt! Legs lifted at 30 to 50 pounds! Hurty, but can still go to the gym today! I know if I keep at it, I'll get much stronger and feel really good. Side note, have you seen Britney Spears Instagram? She looks FANTASTIC. Her muscles!
@_knives_out_ That is a great idea. I should slowly start photographing and organizing all my items now. Not that I intend to move, but it's a good idea.
