Yesterday something happened to me comparable to being on the recieving end of this. I'm struggling to stay functional, unable to think about or process anything else. This is a really good thing for me but I just can't seem to get my hands around it yet. Anxiety through the roof. This is going to take days or weeks before I start to feel normal again and just accept this change in my life.
