I kept thinking of this, and it should focus on text editor, project navigation and templating? I mean, project files are all templates anyway.
If I wanted a modular system then it should focus on templates to allow people to build templates for any project they want, and allow some local configuration for building, debugging etc.
Then everything should be distributed as github repos to clone and edit, so that everyone could share their project templates and update them. #ohno#savemefromme
I like the idea of buck2, but I want an editor for it like Neovim or Visual Studio. It should know I have added a file and allow me to add dependencies to other projects easily...
Sounds like I need another project. #project#softwareoverenginering Edit: typing this with a Swedish keyboard when tired is a stupid idea.
I feel like AAA games suffer from yes man syndrome, brought on by access journalism. Making it effectively impossible to know what the audiences actually wants. #morningthoughts
