@TheSecretCabal I need to find a way to play this. So many great reviews, my original apprehension came from it was a spinoff from a video game. Misplaced apprehension for sure it seems.

@letsplayboardgames Escape can be a bit intense for new players, but the short time and easy to pick up and play again is nice. Racing games can be fun, Camel Up, Rallyman. Karuba is one of my go tos for new players too.

@Nixedpun @ruelgaviola 100%, it brings me back to the days when forums were all the rage. Its a more focused, passionate and caring group so far. The learning curve is there, but thats just part of it. Every platform has its own learning curves. We are just so used to what we already know, change is hard lol.

@BeardedRogue Yeah, we are a bit terrified, our 1.5 year old little girl has a trach and lung damage, and with RSV, Covid and other respiratory issues and like you said hospitals being at capacity. We hope and pray that we can stay healthy. She usually qualifies for the RSV shot, but for some reason our insurance is denying it this year... so frustrating.
