Replacing the broken radiator on my truck today. Hopefully the long COVID doesn't make this too difficult. Everything is going well so far. Fortunately Ford Rangers are easy to fix, I don't even have to dismount the fan to replace the radiator. It just tilts back and comes right out.
Also I want furries to paint and sticker the violin. I don't want it to just be a slab of single color. I'll put some kind of clear protective seal over each piece, then seal it all again when there's no more space. The violin will probably cost $20 to make so why not.
I'm going to 3d print a violin. There's a pretty good design already available online. After watching the Lackadaisy pilot a fuck ton of times and listening to Olive Branch, I've been thinking a lot about music with no sheets, songs just kind of learned and played freely and I want to do it. Music that you just do, something that just comes out of your soul. Don't know why it never occurred to me that music could just kind of happen like that.
I've been reading a lot of leftist stuff lately. Currently reading Tribe by Sebastian Junger.
We aren't rewarded for doing well at work, and the threat of removing the means of survival is always hanging over our heads. The way for groups at jobs to accomplish tasks and overcome challenges is usually completely taken away from the workers and decided by upper management, who know very little about the job. Overcoming these challenges is critical to our development as people, and connecting with others within our communities.
In ancient societies people worked hard for survival in communities but still felt fulfilled. Today work is depressing AF because we're put in artificial communities and told to work as hard as possible for a cause we feel very little for, and our ability to use creativity and aid others is often punished. The ability to connect with tasks and communities to add our strengths and skills is disconnecting us from work and people.
