new ian danskin video about burnout and mental health struggles resonated with me a fair bit. it's long at 40 minutes but worth the time. cathartic.
wanna get better at practising what i preach wrt elevating fellow artists. very bad at making the time to lock in and give them the attention they deserve. like, i'm never upset when people offer words of kindness unprompted so i need to be less squeamish too.
in short, everybody get less british NOW
