My mother's sister complained during one visit that this was antithetical to the American way, and that we should be listening to the advertisements because they were paying for the shows. The brainwashing runs deep.

Went to Anchorage and finalized my PFD eligibility so I am, for certain, getting it this October. My first PFD payout!

In the aftermath of that migraine episode I am craving frog's legs, a tuna melt, and a side of very hot mac & cheese. I did eat some cottage cheese and that seems to've helped.
