@scarlet Can’t go wrong with this, but a newer addition will be available within the month. https://www.amazon.ca/Rust-Programming-Language-Steve-Klabnik/dp/1593278284
@yds Thanks for mentioning Macroquad. I hadn’t heard of it up to this point, and I’m always excited to check out new game frameworks. Project looks great!
@tzz Ahh, one of the two required programmer pilgrimages. I bid you good luck.
@rauschma I’d love to see some way of doing this. Not quite sure how you’d get the compiler to do this, though. You can get it to show the types of certain variables by prefixing them with an unknown unit type. However, I don’t know of any way to do this with lifetimes. It’s a good idea.
@caseyliss This is the definition of a 10x developer. This is the start of your journey to desktop Linux 😆. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9kaIXkImCAM

@zkat Welcome to the club 👍.
@alex Even a huge reference document with a list of error codes and an error number would be appreciated. They likely have this behind the scenes with silent reporting!
@alex I want a beautiful blue MBP. It’s high time for some more punchy vibrant colours like those found on the iMacs.

@caseyliss I have nothing against Fahrenheit, though I use Celsius. I just personally find it hard to understand Fahrenheit.

I think the system someone prefers is dependent on what they grew up with. For me, I understand Celsius and what that means to me in different environments. When you tell me 90 deg. F, I have zero clue what that means or how hot that is.

Additionally, I think because I live in Canada, Celsius is more useful. Not because it’s prevalent, but we need to know whether the snow outside is going to melt or not. Will there be slush, or will there be ice?

@dmoren So excited to see what this season focuses around in terms of Mandalore.

I want to see a season about the Mandalorian people and their struggles, leadership, traditions, and code.

My one concern is the season will get too caught up in the Jedi , Luke, and fan service similar to how they did towards the end of last season.
