4 Organizers from Seoul Bitcoin will be around Scaling Bitcoin this upcoming weekend, and will likely have some of our stickers. If you run across any of us...

ask and you shall receive.

Check out this excellent presentation from @SeoulBitcoin meetup co-organizer @chrispalasz, talking about how #bitcoin can move forward and an overview of upcoming technical improvements such as Schnorr. youtu.be/9HRg9anhSTI
Move over Blockstream, Seoul Bitcoin officially has stickers of our own. Come to Seoul if you want some for free. DM if you’d like to buy some and we’ll see what we can do. Shout out to @kcalvinalvin for making this happen!

August meetup in Seoul with @chrispalasz giving the Intro to Bitcoin presentation, Hee Yeong presenting on Bitcoin smart contracts, and @RubenSomsen on sidechains, confidential transactions, banking with Bitcoin, and Bitcoin settlement.

Videos will be up on our Youtube channel within the next week.

Believe it or not, I’m a Bitcoiner class of 2017. I was on the scene for the community split and S2X but not a Bitcoiner. I couldn’t have cared less about that stuff because I was neck deep in altcoins. @RubenSomsen & @SeoulBitcoin freely gave their time to helping me understand the technology well enough.

So myself and everyone like me genuinely appreciate these threads on the history we played no part in.

Your words aren’t wasted @kallewoof - cheers

July was great for the Seoul Bitcoin meetup. @RubenSomsen has been investing his time in a lot of new Bitcoiners. We had a great Korean meetup co-led by @kcalvinalvin who also did some Korean translating for BitcoinCore. A few new people began coming. We've seen an increase in women getting involved, one who will present tomorrow at our next meetup, and another co-organizer @chrispalasz contribute to editing and improving the Bitcoin Wiki. A lot of passion here to help and contribute.
