@decryption Yeah, that's what I thought too. Seems that Target implements it as an Automated Payment agreement, rather than an authe tication per purchase. But of a dodgy way to do it IMO. I'll be paying closer attention to it in the future for sure.

Fun morning. My target.com.au account was breached and several orders placed using the saved PayPal payment information despite MFA on my PayPal account and my emails.
Use this as a reminder to update your passwords, set up MFA, and maybe remove saved payment details from e-commerce platforms.
