@M0YNG In the 80's and 90's I had a 2m mobile. There were great roundtables at drive time and several repeaters were very active.
Now-a-days, I can scan all the repeaters in my area, and in a typical day, only one ever has activity, and that's only a few very short conversations.
It's depressing.
