Uh oh, nerding out about Mastodon has me itching to go back to school.
Calling Trumpās theft of national security information āthe documents investigationā feels a bit light handed. Heās being investigated for Espionage, it isnāt a little ādocumentsā mishap.
If anything, the complex or buggy aspects of Mastodon show that itās a bit of a sandbox and thatās super intriguing! We can build something new and cool and welcoming and useful!
Complaining about how ācomplicatedā Mastodon is really shows how closed minded folks have become. Itās fun learning something new! If it takes you 10 minutes or 10 hours to figure it out, isnāt the learning process part of the excitement?
What an impossible situation for journalists who have spent years building Twitter as the main way to drive readership to their stories.
Any good #mastohost alternatives?
