A few seconds of @etherdiver on the big PA
today in "using 10ft stacks of speakers as my personal stereo" a bit of Playing my Tiny Violin by @RobertaFidora, It's really fun letting the phone try to process out the music I'm pumping in at 100dB
I've spent years shit-talking immutable Linux. To update my complaints I installed Aurora on my work laptop 3 months ago. I have to reinstall it before and after a certain client. I usually use Manjaro, it gets along with the Nvidia Prime hybrid GPU. With Aurora this laptop has been more stable than ever. even gets the power light and charge light correct, Manjaro would self discharge while off, Aurora doesn't. One Problem, I can't run the main product that I rep. I have to run it in a VM.
My main topics for the upcoming production call:
1. Who is doing the cleaning - Not gonna be me
2. Who is cleaning the Venue - Not Me
3. So.. Who's cleaning - Not it
4. Cleanup? Who? - Nope
5. A lot of my things don't like liquid
it seems that a lot of the new little cheap boards have parts I just can't get using normal channels. any matrix boards seems to now have some variation of the 16k33, but buying a 16K33 seems impossible using standard suppliers without it being on a board

OK, so, just to verify, officially according to the manual, on this temperature probe, the C/F button does not change it between C and F? it stores the "datas" and holding the button 2 seconds exits the stores "datas"

but.... how do I change between C and F on this temperature meter?

so, the undocumented feature of the C/F button is that holding it 5 seconds changes between C and F

also, it seems you cannot clear the stored datas, that data is in there forever

Another one in being in the venue all alone and using the PA as my own personal stereo. listening to some fedi music starting with 'J' this time @joeress
Today in being in the venue all alone and using the PA as my own personal stereo. lets listen to some fedi music starting with 'J' this time @jonnyfallout
Messing around with the thermal camera during the big freeze looking for leaks, I didn't expect the pattern on the patio door curtain to be so thermally reactive
a Picture from each of my lives. One, Playing with real color mixing on the venue floor. Two, having to go flip the outside 600A, 4160V disconnect at a job site in the dark because the 6 hr site visit turned into 14hrs
