I suspect most countries have tried it that way due to that being the first real peoples revolution and with attacks from the west it’s impossible to know what they might have been, but anarcho-syndicalism would be closer to a dictatorship of the proletariat. Also fun fact even the CIA acknowledged Stalin was not a dictator. I just personally don’t agree with the state owning the MOP as much as I do with unions owning them
