Merry Christmas to those who celebrate! Since our kid is 13, it’s all about the booze…er I mean the food! We got the French Bread casserole in last night to soak, and my rib roast has been dry brining for 30 hours and is about to go into the smoker! Bloody Mary’s and mimosas for the early meal…a Merry Christmas to all!
