British summer is officially here, so naturally I’ve just had to buy a new waterproof jacket to enjoy the gloriously wet weather.
Trek to Yomi is a beautiful game, like playing through a wonderful black and white samurai movie.
If you say Elon Musk’s name in front of a mirror three times, he will appear behind you and block your #Twitter account. #ElonMusk
@nubecina Demons run, but count the cost. The battle's won, but the child is lost.
@raindrops the Amazon Fire tablets are a decent purchase and if haven’t already usually drop in price by a good discount when Black Friday hits.
@lovelybookshelf most definitely, there are so many out there that people say you should have read, some have stood the test of time, some not so much albeit you can see why there were so popular, I find the Conan-Doyle works intriguing as Holmes is a great character but the language and portrayal of women etc is night and day to how we view things now, quite the eye opener at times.

1. Sherlock Holmes series, I’m on the final book, ‘The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes’.

I’ve been trying to read the classics I’ve never gotten around to reading which has been enjoyable overall.

2. The Shattered Sea Trilogy by Joe Abercrombie, loved his First Law Trilogy and the subsequent follow on trilogy so had to give it a try.

3. About to start ‘Gardens of the Moon’ by Steven Erikson due to a recommendation from a friend.

@stux I like the idea in principle but it would need to have clear guidelines as to who is to be included, for example you wouldn’t want to give some of the far right/left political voices who have verification on Twitter that create discord and spout vile inhuman rhetoric on polluting the community here. I think it could make things very difficult to manage and moderate.
@stux joined a couple of days ago, it’s a lot to learn and get used to but the lack of trolls is a pleasant change, just need to figure out who to follow etc now as it’s a little confusing for a newbie.
