Senior Chief Petty Officer. Starfleet is in my blood, and I’ve spent my entire adult life in service to boldly going.

Keiko and Molly are my favorite humans, but Transporter Room 3 will always be my favorite.

Just don’t ask who what’s in the pattern buffer.

Certified More Than A Hero.
Men is indeed too headache.

It has always been appropriately named.

It’s just that most people assumed it meant “defending the country” instead of “defending rich pedophiles”

I once donated $50.

It’s not much, but I’ve definitely got my money’s worth and then some over the years.

I once ran a campaign of a game similar to D&D where one of the players had geared a character to be super charismatic and had an end goal of being able to persuade anyone to do anything.

She kept persuading the random side characters that helped them into joining, until they had a small army of Merry Men.

Yeah, the campaign took a back seat while they played Robin hood for awhile.

She started specifically targeting side npcs because I wanted to drop a character that was making my vocal chords hurt. They liked the npc because he was basically a child’s vision of a stereotypical pirate.

Oh, my rooms tend to get hot by themselves, so it’s less “cool it then heat it” and more “cool it, then stop cooling and let it warm up naturally around morning”

Except in winter, I guess. Then it’s just “don’t heat until morning”

I have always wanted a programmable thermostat, so I can sleep to nice cool air, but wake up to almost uncomfortably hot, because that will force me to get out of bed and be something resembling human.

Instead I’m a burrito, all wrapped up and warm

Good. I can toss my other blanket on top and get snuggled in.

I have had managers send me emails telling me to ignore warehouse safety standards set by OSHA, regardless of what the warehouse personnel tell me when I’m there for the day.

Also had managers that recorded themselves breaking company safety rules and post to social media.

I’ve even had one manager that straight up pointed a gun at me in front of 3 cameras thinking it was a funny joking thing.

Never assume management has a single brain cell, let alone enough to realize when something probably shouldn’t be done or said.

How I’ve felt since getting fired this week:
